Easy Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) to us for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that the items are returned to us in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging.
Making a Return is Simple:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at orders@cotswoldorchard.co.uk to initiate your return. We'll provide you with all the necessary instructions and information.
- Prepare Your Return: Repack your items carefully. If possible, include your original invoice. If you're missing this, don't worry, just make sure to include a note with your order number.
- Send It Back: Ship the items back to us using the method most convenient for you. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We'll let you know where to send the items back to.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund. Expect the refund in the original form of payment within 14 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Items?
We strive to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition. However, should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will offer you the choice of a refund or replacement, at no additional cost to you.
